Additionally, committing to ensuring clients know what to expect from me as per contract and policy. Wild Rabbit Flowers acknowledges that 2020 blindsided clients and vendors alike. For this, every postponement from 2020 to 2021 was honoured with zero rescheduling fee.
All reschedules for 2021 dates being moved will now require a postponement fee unless Government regulations call for complete shutdown of gatherings.

RESCHEDULING YOUR WEDDING DATE WITH WILD RABBIT FLOWERS:
Please send a written confirmation to Wild Rabbit Flowers that you are choosing to postpone your wedding, whether you have a new date decided or not.
A postponement fee will be added to your invoice with a 20% increase of your full quote. This fee covers uprising cost of flowers moving into 2022, administration and date holding.
A reminder to my 2020 clients who have already rescheduled to a 2021/2022 date:
Peak-season wholesale flower pricing will be reflective of the current international crisis. This is a hard pill to swallow, and in full transparency has been a very hard decision for me to make with regards to moving forward and honouring quotes with integrity. I do feel that I have found the most fair and genuine way I can to deal with the inflation that will be presented to my industry, myself, and my 2020 clients who are expecting the quotes they have received.
WEDDINGS RESCHEDULED TO 2021
Rescheduled weddings to a 2021 date have been honoured with no fees to rebook during peak season. I hope that you can understand, at this point there is no certainty of what flowers costs will look like in the future. This will be a case-by-case decision made in the spring of 2021. Quotes and flower stem counts will remain unchanged until Spring 2021 when there is a better forecast on flower costs.
WEDDINGS RESCHEDULED TO 2022
Weddings rescheduled in 2021 that are now rescheduling again : the first reschedule has been honoured with no fees to rebook. Second reschedules require a postponement fee of a 20% increase of your full quote, due at date change. This fee covers reflects 2022 pricing, the uprising cost of flowers moving into 2022, administration and date holding.
CHANGES TO YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE:
Your non-refundable booking fee is fully transferable to your new date. CANCELLATION POLICY:
This remains unchanged. In the event of a complete cancellation, your non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable.
